In the Management Center, you can contact travelers about itinerary changes, pickup details, directions to your departure location, and required waivers or forms.

To send a message to the traveler:

  1. Log in to the Management Center and go to the Bookings page
  2. Find the traveler's booking
  3. Click Message Traveler
  4. Write your message
  5. Click Send

If you receive a reply from the traveler, a notification will be sent to the email address you used to log in when you sent your original message.

Most bookings also include the traveler's phone number for your use as well, which you can view by clicking Show details on the booking.
