What happens after a traveler books my product?

This depends on the confirmation method you have selected for your product within the Management Center: 

  • For Instant confirmation bookings, you can choose to receive e-mail notifications, but no response from you is required. 
  • For Instant confirmation, then becomes manual bookings, you can choose to receive an e-mail notification, but bookings will be confirmed automatically until a specific time of your choice (e.g. 24 hours before the cut-off time). At that time, you’ll need to manually accept or reject each new booking request in the Management Center within 48 hours.
  • For Manual confirmation bookings, you will receive e-mail notifications and you must manually accept or reject each one in the Management Center within 48 hours. 

Once a pending booking has been confirmed by you in the Management Center, or if the booking was instantly confirmed, the traveler will receive a confirmation e-mail with their ticket. And they’re all set!
