How do I connect my products to the Viator API?

Please note that this tool is currently only enabled for Suppliers with an active API connection. If you need to connect your account to your reservation system, start the process here.
Once your account is set up with an API connection, you can connect your products to the Viator API through the Management Center. Before beginning the process, please make sure that the product has at least one day of future availability. Follow along to connect your product, or see the written instructions below:
Follow these instructions to connect your product:
- Log in to the Management Center
- Select the Products page
- Choose Manage next to the product you wish to update
- Go to the Product Connection section
- Select Edit next to the Product Option you want to connect to your reservation system. This will open a list of the options in your reservation system.
- From the list, select the corresponding product from your reservation system
- Save these changes
- If there are additional options for your product, repeat steps 5-7 to connect the each option
- Click Connect once all options are selected
- This will return you to the original product page, where the status of the product option will now show Connected.
If you are using start times, the start time values between your reservation system and Viator must match. Learn more about syncing start times.
Only Users with the Permissions for Product API mapping are able to update this section. To update a User’s permissions, the primary contact on your account can edit the User in the Manage Users page to add this permission.
To see product mapping for every product in your account, navigate to the Accounts page, then to the Connectivity section, and select Download next to the section for Download products as CSV. This will allow you to see which product(s) do not have mapping, and see if any are incorrectly mapped in one easy view.
